这是 JK Metronome、FretMaster、JamKin（吉伴）三款 App 的通用隐私政策。三款 App 目前均处于早期阶段，都无需注册账号，也不会出售你的个人数据。下方「各 App 差异」一节说明它们在数据处理上的不同之处。

我们收集的数据

使用这三款 App 不要求你创建账号。在当前版本中，App 可能会把以下信息保存在你的设备本地：

  • 练习设置，例如 BPM、时长、拍号、节奏细分；
  • Jam 设置，例如调性、风格、和声进行、速度（JamKin）；
  • 练习与 Jam 历史、评分和本地反馈；
  • 为改善练习体验而缓存的练习或 Jam 内容。

这些数据用于恢复你的练习状态、展示练习历史，以及改善练习流程。

各 App 差异

JK Metronome & FretMaster：完全在设备本地运行；不请求麦克风权限，不上传录音，不需要联网账号。
JamKin（吉伴）：可能请求麦克风与语音识别权限（用于语音控制与未来的演奏分析）；可能连接 Jam Forge 内容服务以获取练习内容或同步练习反馈。

麦克风与语音识别（JamKin）

JamKin 可能为语音控制及未来的演奏分析功能，请求麦克风与语音识别权限。当前版本中语音控制仍处于实验阶段。JamKin 不会为广告、出售或第三方营销而上传麦克风录音。

网络与 Jam Forge（JamKin）

JamKin 可能连接 Jam Forge 内容服务，以获取练习内容、Jam 素材或同步练习反馈。此时 App 可能发送与练习相关的请求数据，例如所选风格、调性、速度、内容标识或评分反馈。这些信息用于提供练习内容并改善内容质量。

数据共享

我们不会出售个人数据。除非为提供 App 功能、遵守法律要求，或处理你主动提交的反馈所必需，我们不会与第三方共享数据。

儿童

这些 App 面向吉他与乐器学习者，并非专为儿童设计。当前版本不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。

Scope of this policy

This is the shared privacy policy for JK Metronome, FretMaster and JamKin. All three apps are currently at an early stage, none require an account, and we do not sell your personal data. The “Per-app differences” section below explains where their data handling differs.

Data we collect

None of these apps require you to create an account. In the current version, an app may store the following information locally on your device:

  • Practice settings, such as BPM, duration, time signature and rhythm subdivision;
  • Jam settings, such as key, style, chord progression and tempo (JamKin);
  • Practice and Jam history, ratings and local feedback;
  • Cached practice or Jam content used to improve the experience.

This data is used to restore your practice state, show practice history, and improve the practice workflow.

Per-app differences

JK Metronome & FretMaster: run entirely on your device; they do not request microphone access, do not upload recordings, and need no networked account.
JamKin: may request microphone and speech recognition permissions (for voice control and future performance analysis); may connect to Jam Forge content services to fetch practice content or sync practice feedback.

Microphone and speech recognition (JamKin)

JamKin may request microphone and speech recognition permissions for voice control and future performance-analysis features. In the current version, voice control is still experimental. JamKin does not upload microphone recordings for advertising, sale, or third-party marketing.

Network and Jam Forge (JamKin)

JamKin may connect to Jam Forge content services to fetch practice content, Jam materials, or sync practice feedback. When it does, the app may send practice-related request data, such as selected style, key, tempo, content identifiers, or rating feedback. This information is used to provide practice content and improve content quality.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We do not share data with third parties except as needed to provide app functionality, comply with legal requirements, or process feedback that you choose to submit.

Children

These apps are designed for guitar and instrument learners and are not specifically directed to children. The current versions do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
